Anyone out there know of any western early years teachers currently in Dubai who might consider a change from the school environment to help me with two bright young boys?

I want to find someone with teaching skills and experience and a good understanding of the development of young boys. Someone who can not only help with the school runs (car and driver provided), assist with the after school activities and provide a stimulating environment at home after school, but someone who will also take an active interest in their development.

Is there such a person out there?????? Where would one even begin to find one here?
